Gareth is the Head of Research and Analytics at 24.com, a division of Media24. He began his career as a researcher at GfK NOP in London within the business and technology division, before moving to Ipsos where he headed up the brand equity R&D team. Currently, Gareth works with various teams at 24.com, providing insights that drive ad campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, churn management and reader engagement. Gareth is particularly interested in applying principles of behavioral economics to customer analysis.
